Mr. Starr Zhou, the President of The Belt & Road Territories and the Chief Representative in China of World Film Institute™ (WFI) sent his congratulations on the creation and launch of The American WORLD FILM AWARDS™, which is co-funded by Olympia A Gellini, and Dr. Steven Nia, on Nov. 3rd, 2018, at 10 AM Beijing Time.
Mr. Starr Zhou is a successful filmmaker, and has presented oscar awarded films such as La La Land, Hacksaw Ridge, together with other high-quality blockbusters such as Loving Vincent and Wonder have set the record in China’s box office.
Starr was also best known as the founder and senior executive of Urban Channel of Hunan TV, China Entertainment TV (CETV), Shenzhen Satellite TV (SZTV), and Macau Asia Satellite Television (MASTV). Mr. Zhou’s extensive experience in the entertainment industry, has been the driving force for achieving historical and outstanding growth, for such organizations, yet retaining the economic profitability and sustainability. Starr is considered one of the founding pioneers of the China New Entertainment era, as well as being viewed as one of the most popular Chinese film investors in Hollywood film history.
Mr. Starr Zhou is based in Beijing, China, and epitomizes the development of film industry on behalf of WFI along the Belt & Road territories.
THE DOME is directed by Lee Baker, and is produced by Hollywood based Wardour Studios, as well as its co-production partners. The film is now in pre production and is expected for release in the 4th quarter of 2019, for its worldwide distribution.

These tokens also serve as a means to unlock a “vote film” that is transferred to the blockchain, allowing votes to be recorded in real time. All votes are public and traceable using an W1 Platform decentralized blockchain.
